Our Beliefs

In all things: We hold Jesus as the center, the gospel as our anchor, and Scripture as our authority.

What We Believe

At Margins Ministries everything begins and ends with God’s Word. Our ministries are rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ and shaped by a high view of Scripture, the historic Christian faith, and a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit.

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12). It is our final guide for faith, life, and practice.

God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19). He is the Creator of all things, holy and sovereign, just and merciful.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man (John 1:1–14). He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died in our place on the cross, rose bodily from the grave, and ascended into heaven. He is the only way to salvation and eternal life (John 14:6; Romans 10:9–10).

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer at salvation (Romans 8:9–11), empowering us to live godly lives, equipping us with spiritual gifts, and guiding us into truth (John 14:26).

Humanity

We believe all people are created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26–27), yet fallen through sin (Romans 3:23). Because of this, we all need salvation and healing through Jesus Christ.

Salvation

We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone (Ephesians 2:8–9). No amount of good works can earn it. It is the free gift of God, secured by Christ’s finished work on the cross.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ on earth (1 Corinthians 12:27), made up of all who trust in Him for salvation. We affirm the importance of the local church for worship, discipleship, accountability, and mission.

Restoration & Healing

We believe God cares for the whole person—mind, body, and soul (1 Thessalonians 5:23). Because of this, we serve women in ways that address both spiritual formation and practical, embodied healing. Our methods are never a replacement for Scripture or the gospel, but an application of His Word into every part of life.

The Return of Christ

We believe Jesus will return bodily and visibly to judge the living and the dead and to fully establish His kingdom (Acts 1:11; Revelation 21:1–4).

In all things: We hold Jesus as the center, the gospel as our anchor, and Scripture as our authority.
